A pigmentary mosaicism, a segmental pigmentation disorder (SPD), presents as a unique pattern. Hypo- or hyperpigmented skin patches with a segmental pattern are indicative of SPD. In early childhood, a 16-year-old male, whose past medical history was unremarkable, began exhibiting symptomless, slowly progressing skin lesions. A dermatological examination of the right upper extremity disclosed well-defined, non-scaly, hypopigmented areas. A similar site was discovered at his right shoulder. No enhancement was detected during the Wood's lamp examination process. Among the differential diagnoses were segmental pigmentation disorder and segmental vitiligo (SV). The skin biopsy yielded normal results. The above clinicopathological findings supported the diagnosis of segmental pigmentation disorder. Mitochondria, under physiological circumstances, orchestrate the equilibrium between osteogenesis and osteoclast activity, thereby preserving skeletal homeostasis. Under diseased conditions, mitochondrial dysfunction throws off this equilibrium; this imbalance is essential in the development of osteoporosis. Due to mitochondrial dysfunction's role in osteoporosis, therapeutic intervention targeting mitochondrial function presents a potential treatment avenue for osteoporosis-related conditions. Our investigation yielded 26 models; 16 of these models used traditional regression models, while 10 were machine learning (ML) models. This case report describes a 72-year-old patient with a diagnosis of Zinner's syndrome, who received a laparoscopic radical prostatectomy as part of their prostate cancer treatment. The unique aspect of this case was the ectopic emptying of the patient's ureter into the left seminal vesicle, a structure noticeably enlarged and exhibiting a multicystic morphology. While minimally invasive procedures are frequently employed to treat symptomatic Zinner's syndrome, this represents the initial case, to our knowledge, of prostate cancer within the context of Zinner's syndrome, treated using laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is a safe and efficient procedure that urological surgeons with extensive laparoscopic experience in high-volume centers can perform in patients presenting with Zinner's syndrome and synchronous prostate cancer.
