This research employed a large, multicenter database to investigate and ascertain the optimal treatment regimen for testicular teratomas. From 2007 to 2021, three large pediatric institutions in China retrospectively gathered data on testicular teratomas in children below 12 years old who had undergone surgery without subsequent chemotherapy.
